base of a non-active crater overlooking the channel between Vulcano
and Lipari. The residences face the faraglione and the other islands and there is a splendid
panorama as the sun disappears behind the faraglioni.
The apartments are of three
different sizes:
- Studio flat comfortably furnished with one kingsize bed, 2 single beds, fitted kitchen and
bathroom, and external patio or terrace. Color
TV, ceiling fan, security hair-drier, avon, iron, garden furniture, barbecue and
external shower are a few of the other amenities available.
- One bedroom flat: as described above with an extra kingsize bedroom.
- Two bedrooms flat: as the previous one but with double
dining room with kingsize bed and single sofa
and two kingsize bedrooms.

Residence is provided with comforts as follow: sea-water swimming pool, double
tennis court lit by night, Italian lawn-bowling court (bocce), child play area,
selfservice bar, pizzeria, laundry, supermarket,
transfer from residence to harbour and vice versa.
